5 Things You Should Start Your Day With. Make These a Habit!
For the
majority of us our morning routine proceeds in almost exactly the same way. We at Bright

1. Ears massage.
Applying stimulation to the sensitive part of the ear can
help you to fully wake up and it has a positive effect on how lively and
energetic you feel. This can be done
early in the morning while you're still lying in bed.
2. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon.
The benefits of drinking a glass of warm water with lemon
are clear to see; it will help improve the work of your intestines, kidneys and
digestive system and it can help remove toxins from your body and strengthen your
immunity. If you decide to drink this, it’s a good idea to wait 20-30
minutes before having breakfast. You don't have to squeeze the juice from
an entire lemon for one glass, though - a quarter is enough.
3. Tongue Cleaning.
Tongue cleaning is all about using an ordinary toothbrush
to clean your tongue Just be careful not to clean it too hard, otherwise you
could damage the surface of your tongue. Huge number of bacteria accumulate on
your tongue, and it's this that can give you bad breath and can lead to dental
plaque, tooth decay, and problems with your gum all these can be prevented by
tongue cleaning.
4. Eating a
spoonful of honey.
Starting your day with a teaspoon of honey is undoubtedly
a good idea. Honey fills you with energy, stimulates your memory and
productivity, cures coughs, and eases allergy symptoms. Ideally, it should be
fresh, natural honey, if it's too sugary for you, you can dissolve it in a
glass of water - the effect will be much the same and you should consume it 10-15
minutes before having breakfast.
5. Washing your
mouth out with hydrogen peroxide solution.
Your
morning routine can be finished off by washing your mouth out with hydrogen peroxide solution. This
procedure can help whiten your teeth, get rid of bad breath, and heal and
protect your gums. There's nothing dangerous about this so long as you stick to
the right ratio: 5-7 drops of a 3% solution for 50 ml of water. In addition,
make sure you add the solution to the water rather than the other way around.
