Reasons Why Good students doesn’t make much money in real
life than Bad students
Most of the parents try to persuade their kids that
school grades really matter. And when their kids get bad grades, they get mad
and make them study harder. But in real life, school grades don’t matter
at all. How many times have you heard about kids that weren’t very
successful in school, but who then ended up at a great
company in a great position?
Psychologists had tried to answer the question
of why bad students often become way more successful than good ones.
1.
Bad students don’t care about grades.
Many good students think that if they have good
grades it means they achieved something because of the appreciation of
other people. Bad students don’t need grades to prove that they are
successful. When pursuing their goals, they don’t look for the appreciation
of other people, they care more about how satisfied they are with what
they’ve done.
2. The Bad
students also don’t do everything by themselves.
Many good
students believe in the rule: “If you want something done,
do it yourself.” This is because they are used to controlling
everything by themselves doing more than they realistically can.
At the same time, bad students use other people to get what they want
delegating their tasks to different people.
3.
The Bad student don’t care to look good.
For good students it is very important to make a good impression on their teacher. This make them try to be active, even when they have no interest in a subject. Bad students don’t do things they don’t want to do, even though they respect their teachers but they don’t try to impress anyone.
4. Bad students allow themselves to be imperfect.
Good students
stick to the rule: “I either do this perfectly or I don’t
do it at all.” Living like this is incredibly difficult,
because being successful in every area is simply not possible. People
will spend many years at a dead-end job trying to work harder
and harder and will never take a leap of faith and do something
they really like.
5. Bad students never spread themselves too thin.
Bad students
never make themselves do things they are not interested in,
especially things they think are pointless. Instead, they focus on things
they are actually interested in. And an A-student will keep
on learning things just to be a good student.
Later,
A-students often waste years of their lives on bad relationships and
dead-end jobs.
6. They have other things to do After School.
Bad students
spend their free time the way they want: they read, play sports, play music,
dance, or play with other kids. According to psychologist, A-students
often have a hard time relaxing because they are always tense not only
mentally, but also psychologically.
7. The Bad students are always ready to take
risks.
The people
that weren’t very successful in school had to adapt
to situations all the time. They allowed themselves to dream and not
live according to their parents’ plans for them. They now deal with their
mistakes better.
If they
want to drop out of college, change their job, or move
to another country, they will. They listen to themselves and
to what they want.
8. They are okay not only with successes, but also with
failures.
Bad students are used to getting bad grades and good
ones. For them, a bad grade (a failure) is not the end
of the world. In real life, they deal with stress much better and
bounce back way easier after making mistakes.
Did you have
bad students in your school? How are they now?
